If i download a PS3 game on the PC, put it on a memory stick or other storage media, can i play it?

if not why not and is there a way of doing it?

also, can i transfer save game data using the same method?

i don't think this is possible YET but im no expert some hacker genius will probably find the way

    You must have a modded ps3 for starters. Google it. And it's illegal.

    Why not download a game for PC and play it on PC? If you're trying to get stuff to work on consoles from PC, be prepared to spend some fun time with pirating tools and emulators.

    You'd need a PC capable of emulating 7 cpu's for starters. It's not going to happen for at least a decade. Look at ps2 emulation…..it's only now getting decent.
