PS3 Download anyone? Whats that I here you say. “What is a PS3 Download”. Well unless you have been living on another planet you would have heard all about the new way to get hold of PS3 games. Who walks down to their local video game store anymore, not me. The smart people of the gaming world are now downloading PS3 games.
I can understand your concerns downloading anything these days can be filled with danger, especially if your not sure of the source of the download. Believe me I know all about the dangers first hand, I search Google for a PS3 download many months ago and got really excited when the big list of results came back. Over 100,000 results, I was on to a winner or so I thought. As I slowly worked my way down the list I began to relealise finding a PS3 download was not as easy as I first thought. Most of the sites were just filled with ads and banners and it was really difficult to find any download files at all. I eventually found what I thought was the download I was looking for clicked on the link to download the game file. So far so good the download completed, I unzipped the file and thats when my computer froze. That was the end of that $150 to get my computer fixed. Aparently I had downloaded a virus, there was no game at all.
Now you might think I’m telling you this to put you off downloading PS3 games. Far from it i just want to make sure you do it safely. I download al the latest PS3 games now usually on the day they are released. I never go to the store and pay full price for them. In fact I do not pay anything at all for them.
